The fastest way to submit your order is online through our secure shopping cart. Please allow 2-4 business days for the order to be processed and shipped.

Phone Orders

Please call 1.844.783.3800 to place an order over the phone. Please allow 2-3 business days for the order to be processed and shipped. Phone orders can be placed during hours of operation. 

Faxed Orders


You may print an order form from the website and fax it to 1.517.783.3802. Please allow 72 business hours for the order to be processed and shipped.

Mailed Orders

Please call 1.844.783.3800 to receive an exact order total including applicable tax and shipping. You may then mail an itemized order and payment to:

Please allow 10-15 business days for mailed orders to be received and processed. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for personal checks to clear before the order is shipped. 

Sales Tax

Michigan residents are charged 6% sales tax.

Tracking

All orders placed online with a supplied email address will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number when the orders are shipped. UPS does not notify us if the email address is incorrect, so it is important to double check the information while ordering. An email address may be supplied when ordering over the phone to receive UPS tracking information. Orders shipped through the Post Office will not generate an email with tracking information. If you have questions regarding orders shipped through the Post Office, please contact our customer service department.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping orders normally ship within 2 business days.  All orders in the contiguous 48 states ship UPS Ground or UPS Surepost service. Standard shipping time is 3-7 business days depending on the zip code.  Please allow 7-10 business days for Free Shipping via

UPS Surepost. UPS does not require a signature for most delivery locations. Signature service is available for no additional cost and may be requested in the comment section while ordering online. You may also request this service while placing a phone order. 

 

Express Shipping

Express shipping orders placed prior to noon Eastern will ship that same day (next day for commercial fixtures), orders placed after noon will ship the next business day. Expedited shipping is available through UPS 2nd Day Air.

UPS 2nd Day Air services are offered at an additional cost. Express shipping may be selected at the time the order is placed through the website or over the phone.

 

Shipping to Canada

Orders shipping to Canada ship through UPS International Economy. Shipping time is 5-7 business days and may take several additional days to clear customs. We do not accept responsibility or have any control over routine delays caused by customs clearance processes. The cost may be higher than that of standard UPS shipping. Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc. will contact you prior to shipment to collect all applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that are not automatically calculated by the online shopping cart.

Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air, this is not a guaranteed delivery time frame to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping time typically take 5-7 business days.
Free Shipping offers do not apply to shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii.
Canada
Important Information Regarding Canadian Shipments!
Recipients are responsible for ALL applicable duty, tax, and customs brokerage fees prior to shipment.  A working phone number and email address must be supplied for all Canada orders. Free Shipping offers do not apply to shipments going to Canada.

Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands
Orders shipping to Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands ship Priority Mail through the Post Office with insurance and delivery confirmation and may be subject to an additional shipping fee. The cost may be higher than that of standard UPS shipping. Free Shipping offers do not apply to shipments going to Puerto Rico.

Mexico
Full Spectrum Solutions does not ship to Mexico. However, a customer in the 48 contiguous United States may order and ship it to Mexico at their expense. Any products shipped to Mexico would not be under warranty.

International
Full Spectrum Solutions does not ship internationally, except for Canada.  However, a customer in the 48 contiguous United States may order and ship it internationally at their expense.  Any products shipped internationally would not be under warranty.  Please contact us to determine if a specific product will work with the voltage system in that country.
