How do I know my transaction is secure?

At Full Spectrum Solutions, your personal and account information is always secure. Our site is tested and certified daily to pass the FBI/SANS Internet Security Test by a third party internet security firm to insure that all information is kept secure. To find out more about this important process you may click on the "Hacker Safe" logo to the left and you will be taken to our site's current security information from ScanAlert™.  We also utilize 128-bit encryption for any sensitive financial or personal information.  Our site conforms to the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards meeting the highest security standards of the U.S. government, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. This ensures your protection and we do not store any sensitive information on our site, meaning you must enter your credit card number each time you order. The security of personal information is our highest priority.


When will my credit card be charged?

When an order is submitted online, the card is immediately approved or declined. The transactions are posted each night and will appear on your statement within 48 hours. Orders placed over the phone will be processed within 48 hours and the transaction will appear on your statement within one week of purchase.


What type of confirmation will I receive when I place an order?


As soon as the order is submitted, a screen will pop up with the order details and a reference number. You may print this page for reference. An e-mail confirmation including your order details will also be sent automatically to the e-mail address provided.


How long does it take to ship an order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours during normal operation. Shipping time is 3-7 business days by FedEx Ground®, 2-5 days by Priority Mail within the 48 states, 4-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii, and 7-10 business days by Air Mail Parcel Post to Canada. Please see the Shipping and Services section for more details and Express shipping.


How do I cancel an order?


Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled. To cancel an order that has been submitted online, call the office at 1-888-574-7014 during business hours or email order@fullspectrumsolutions.com. If the transaction has not been posted, it will be voided and no charge will appear on your statement. If the transaction has already posted, a credit will be issued to the card used. You will be required to fill out the form under Returns to receive a credit.


What if my product is on backorder?


Any products known to be backordered will not appear in the shopping cart and may not be purchased online. If an ordered product becomes backordered after the transaction has posted, the customer will be contacted and credit will be issued. If the transaction has not been posted, it will be voided and no charge will appear on your statement. The order may be re-processed when the item is no longer backordered at the customer’s request.


Do you accept international orders?

Full Spectrum Solutions does not ship internationally. However, a customer in the 48 contiguous United States may order and ship it internationally at their expense. Any products shipped internationally would not be under warranty. Please contact us to determine if a specific product will work with the voltage system in that country.
